Designed renovation of all infrastructure mechanical, electrical and plumbing for 12 story office building in Mid-town Manhattan. Renovation included, redesign of two (2) 4000 amp bus ducts in building, redesign of low-pressure steam system throughout, addition of three (3) steam to water heat exchangers for domestic hot water and heating hot water throughout. Renovation also included replacement of 400 tons of cooling (cooling towers and associated pumping) and LEED accreditation of project. Levy Engineering Consultants served as LEED consultant to USGBC and is acting as LEED Commissioning agent (fundamental) for the project.
