Simliar to Starbucks above. 30-40 stores completed as part of a regional expansion a few years ago. Most work done between 2005 and 2007 with design consisting of limited service kitchens, dining rooms and drive-up facilities. All mechcanical and electrical systems designed on a site-specific basis with consideration given to things such as water pressures, exposures, parking and access, etc
