PANERA BREAD – EAST COAST (NEW YORK, MARYLAND, NEW JERSEY)
Again, very simliar to Starbucks above. 10-20 stores completed as part of a regional expansion a few years ago. Most work done between 2002 and 2005 with design consisting of full service baking and pastry kitchens, dining rooms and retail sales areas. All mechcanical and electrical systems designed on a site-specific basis with consideration given to things such as water pressures, exposures, parking and access, etc
